                  Unique and inimitable
                
Each work in this series is unique. I create each piece entirely by hand. It's like they tell a story, complementing each other. And I try to achieve a deep level of detail. This helps to create character and emotion. It makes my images wonderfully vivid and unique.
My sculptures are like people, and they each have their own unique traits and emotions. The combination of details, colours and emotions leaves a lasting impression on the viewer.                   Several firings at a temperature 2260 F.
                
First I make the sculpture out of clay. It has to be hollow inside, which makes the process very difficult. The work dries very slowly, it takes about a month. You can't dry it quickly or it will crack. The sculpture is then fired in a kiln at a temperature of 2260F. (1240C).

After that I coat it with coloured glazes and fire it again. 
Then it can be painted with gold or glazes and fired again.
On average a sculpture goes through three firings.
