Olga Myltseva PR have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: undamaged, unused and clean.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You need to return the item in the original packaging to ensure safe delivery. Please be sure to wrap the item carefully to avoid damage during shipping. Please be aware that you are responsible for any damaged or lost returns. Olga Mylseva is not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping.
Please note that shipping fees are not refundable and we will not be able to cover the cost to send items back.
Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please check the contents of your parcel upon receipt and notify us if you notice any damage. If you receive damaged items, please contact us at olga@ceramics-art.com within 24 hours after receipt, so we can get the item cost refunded. We will replace the item or refund the cost of the item if it is no longer available.
